Delivery Timing

Because we handmake all our products to order, it may take several days to complete your toy.  All orders will be shipped within 7 days of receipt. It is up to UPS to deliver your shipment in a timely manner. International orders can take longer due to customs.

We're open 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Central Standard Time. We do not ship on the weekends, or holidays.

Online: Shop in our online store and follow the easy to use ordering instructions. We use secure ordering software so your confidentiality and privacy are protected at all times. Our streamlined ordering system will automatically calculate sales tax and shipping charges.

FOR YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY

We promise to protect your privacy at all times. We will never sell, rent or give your name to any other business or organization. Domestic orders will be shipped in a plain cardboard carton identified only as "VC" on the postage label.

International orders, due to customs regulations, an invoice must be placed on the outside of the box. We make every effort to be as discreet as possible but each country has it's own laws about importation and they need to know what is in the box. We use the words "Silicone Sculpture".

Your credit card billing will read Vixen Creations.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express as well as Paypal.
  • We can only accept payment in U.S. dollars.
  • We cannot accept C.O.D. orders.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide through UPS! We only ship domestic orders via UPS Ground. UPS CANNOT deliver to a P.O. Box.

Vixen Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you do not receive your shipment please contact UPS directly to file a claim. Please file a claim as soon as possible so the chances are greater of finding the shipment and getting it to you.

Once a claim is filed with UPS we will work with UPS directly to help them with the investigation. This can take up to two weeks. We do not issue refunds or replacement products until UPS has closed out the claim and determined that it was their fault the package was not deliverable. If UPS determines that package was delivered , but was stolen or not their fault for any reason, then we do not issue refunds or replacements and you will need to try and recoup your loss through insurance. 

Vixen Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address, due to misinformation given at the time of purchase. Please double check that all contact information is entered accurately before completing the transaction.

If the package is sent to the wrong address due to misinformation given at the time of purchase then the customer will be financially responsible for any further shipping charges accrued to get the package to the correct address.

If a package is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping both to and from delivery address and a restocking fee. Please purchase mindfully. Shipping charges will not be refunded for unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable orders returned via the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates

Your shipping charge will calculate automatically when you place your order online. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are subject to duty, taxes and brokerage fees that will be charged to you at the border of your country if you opt not to pay them in your cart now when checking out.
